1. General Agreement

By engaging with Icon Solution Drafting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services we provide, including architecture planning, blueprint drawing, floor plan drafting, CAD services, and design consultations.

2. Services Provided

Icon Solution Drafting offers a variety of drafting and design services tailored to residential, commercial, and remodeling projects. Our services include but are not limited to:

  1. Floor plan drafting

  2. Blueprint drawing and blueprinting services

  3. Interior design consultations

  4. Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD)

  5. Kitchen and bathroom remodeling designs

  6. Disability bathroom remodel plans

We deliver services with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with local standards and codes.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and accurate results, clients must:

  • Provide accurate project details, dimensions, and requirements.

  • Communicate openly about goals, budget, and timeline.

  • Approve drafts in a timely manner to prevent delays.

  • Secure all necessary building permits and approvals.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in revisions, delays, or additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

  1. A deposit may be required before work begins.

  2. Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of finalized documents.

  3. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during consultation.

  4. Late payments may incur additional fees.

All fees are non-refundable once drafts are delivered, except in cases of proven negligence by our team.

5. Project Timelines

While Icon Solution Drafting strives to meet all deadlines, project timelines depend on client responsiveness, project complexity, and external factors such as permit approvals. Any timeline estimates provided are approximate and not guaranteed.

6. Revisions & Modifications

We understand that changes may be needed. Our revision policy is as follows:

  • One round of minor revisions is included in the quoted fee.

  • Major revisions or scope changes may incur additional costs.

  • All revision requests must be submitted in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All drafts, plans, and designs created by Icon Solution Drafting remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. After payment, clients receive rights to use the documents for their intended project.

8. Limitation of Liability

Icon Solution Drafting is committed to delivering accurate and professional work. However:

  • We are not responsible for construction errors made by contractors.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by the misuse of our plans.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with city, state, or federal building codes and securing proper permits.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before drafting begins may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Once work has started, fees for completed portions of the project are non-refundable.

  • Icon Solution Drafting reserves the right to cancel services if a client breaches these Terms of Service.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect client confidentiality. Any documents, designs, or information shared with us will remain private and will not be shared with third parties without permission, except where required by law.
